Arthur Robert Tinkham, age 91, of Fisher and East Grand Forks, MN died peacefully early Saturday morning, April 6, 2013, at Valley Eldercare in Grand Forks, ND, with his family at his side. Art was born at Crookston, MN on January 16, 1922, the son of Roy and Nora (Swenson) Tinkham.
