Caitlin Bakke topped Fargo South’s Karen Moe 6-4, 6-4 on Saturday afternoon at Choice Health and Fitness to win the North Dakota state singles title.
It was a reversal of last year’s final, in which Moe topped Bakke in three sets.

FARGO – With West Fargo being its usual stingy defensive self, the one hope for Devils Lake in the East Region softball tournament Friday night was to keep it close. The Packers’ Michaela Liebl had something to say about that.

FARGO – A four-run eighth inning was the difference for Fargo Davies in a 6-4 victory against Fargo North in the first round of the North Dakota East Region softball tournament Thursday at Anderson Fields.
FARGO – Max Teschendorf hit a go-ahead RBI double in the sixth inning to propel Fargo North to a 4-2 victory against Grand Forks Red River during the North Dakota East Region baseball tournament’s first round on Thursday.
