VALLEY CITY, N.D. - Search crews plan to keep scouring the Sheyenne River today for a Valley City State University student who went missing early Monday after a rubber raft carrying him and two others went over a small dam and capsized.

VALLEY CITY, N.D. – A raft carrying three college students down the Sheyenne River capsized about 1 a.m. Monday after going over a small dam and into the frothy, churning waters below. Two of the rafters were helped to shore by residents and emergency workers, but authorities believe the third drowned.
PELICAN RAPIDS, Minn. – Jacquelyn Burrows, of Pelican Rapids, was driving her 2004 Chrysler PT Cruiser southbound on Highway 59 near 450th Street about 8:25 p.m. when she crossed over the center line and struck a 2001 Mercury Sable traveling northbound head on, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.
