The last name of the pedestrian who was struck and killed by a driver Saturday morning on Highway 10 near Sauk Rapids, Minn., was misspelled in a story on Page C6 in Sunday’s Forum. It should have read Robert C. Schmit, 23, of St. Cloud.
Dickinson City Commission President Dennis Johnson was misidentified in a story on Page C1 of Sunday’s Forum about Gov. Jack Dalrymple meeting with local officials to assess emerging needs in western North Dakota’s Oil Patch.
The state of North Dakota now requires school districts to lower their general fund mill levy to 60 mills (or 70 mills with a school board vote) after Dec. 31, 2015, unless voters approve any mills above that amount.
A story on Page C5 of The Forum on Sunday, “Fundraiser helps family devastated by July house fire,” incorrectly identified the sponsor who paid for the breakfast, silent auction, bake sale and T-shirt sale.
