Workforce Safety & Insurance denies workers’ comp for PTSD after robbery in Gilby
More than a year after being handcuffed and held at gunpoint during a Gilby, N.D., bank robbery, a teller is still seeking workers’ compensation from the state for her diagnosis of post-traumatic stress disorder.
MINNEAPOLIS – A Minneapolis SWAT officer who held up a suburban bank and who is accused of robbing several other businesses was worried about his wife and sick daughter and tormented by nightmares from his time fighting in Iraq, his attorney said in a court filing Friday.
