MOORHEAD – Mari Dailey has won the open City Council seat in Moorhead’s 1st Ward.
In complete but unofficial results, Dailey took 50 percent of the vote, with 2 of 2 precincts reporting in the city’s 1st Ward, which includes most of north Moorhead.
