North Fargo health club branches into south side of town
Cindy Kloeckner met her future daughter-in-law Barb as co-workers at Lady Wellness. The two worked for the women-only fitness club in south Fargo for nearly five years before opening their own club, Total Balance, on the north side of town.
Fargo-Moorhead fitness outlets are feeling a serious shake down. Zumba, the latest international workout craze, has taken hold of F-M, and sessions of the exercise are giving participants a workout that mixes sweat with smiles.
