Detroit Lakes woman takes home grand prize for photo 
DETROIT LAKES, Minn. – Diane Turcotte of Detroit Lakes won grand-prize honors in the Tamarac National Wildlife Refuge annual photo contest.
Her photo, “Sunset Fishing,” also took first place in the recreation category.
