Move would give district full lease rights to arts centerFARGO – The Fargo School Board has moved to take over full control of the lease rights to the Bluestem Center for the Arts in south Moorhead. The board voted 8-1 Tuesday to send a letter to the head of the Bluestem board of directors Dave Olig, and the bondholders, saying the district will pay off $2.1 million in bonds to take over lease rights.
