FARGO – More talk of spring flood preparation efforts was the focus of a teleconference today among North Dakota Sens. Kent Conrad and John Hoeven, officials from FEMA and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and local leaders from across North Dakota.
Conrad convened the call in advance of another spring that’s expected to be ripe with flood fights in both the Red River Valley and the Sheyenne River basin.
