FARGO - Snow that fell Wednesday night and this morning has caused many problems for drivers in North Dakota, according to Bruce Nord, a supervisor with the North Dakota Department of Transportation. FARGO - The winter storm that descended on the Red River Valley Wednesday night had deposited 2 to 5 inches of snow by 6 a.m. today, when a temporary lull set in, the National Weather Service said.
