$600,000 spent on upgrading Capitol hearing rooms 
BISMARCK – North Dakota lawmakers have spent more than $600,000 to spiff up the Capitol’s legislative hearing rooms and corridors to prepare for the 2011 Legislature, buying new carpeting, tables and audio gear, video screens and even a $2,500 electric piano.
