FARGO – On a break from Capitol Hill, North Dakota Republican Rep. Rick Berg has scheduled four town halls across the state before the end of April.
The public events come just as Berg commemorated his first 100 days in Congress on Friday. The town halls will be in Fargo, Grand Forks, Bismarck and Minot.
