The Southwest Cass Water Resources Board is closer to determining how much residents and businesses in south Fargo and Stanley Township will be asked to pay for the Southside Flood Control Project, now expected to cost $161 million.
Fargo city commissioners voted 5-0 Monday to send two flood control plans for an environmental analysis as part of a process they hope will lead to a system that protects the city’s south side and rural subdivisions from 100-year floods.
