Eighth Best Buy defendant schedules guilty plea 
An eighth man accused in a series of alleged thefts of electronics at Best Buy in Fargo has set a court date to plead guilty.
Jeffery Ingersol has set a change of plea hearing in Cass County District Court on Aug. 9. He previously entered a not guilty plea.
