Tonight I’ll join 8,000 others hitting the pavement in the Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota Fargo 5K. I’ll be walking, not running, my first 5K. I used to think I shouldn’t bother until I could run it, but why wait?
Writing a column about losing weight is the last thing I want to do when I’m not losing weight. Since Jan. 1, I’ve only lost 6 pounds.
