The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers plans to hold a public meeting in West Fargo to discuss the proposed Red River diversion, a corps official said Wednesday after Mayor Rich Mattern criticized the corps for poor communication.
But future study could lead to western options
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will move forward with an eastern alignment of the proposed Fargo-Moorhead diversion, but a path 1½ miles to the west is not off the table.
