GRAND FORKS - They have an aluminum rain gutter more than 600 feet long, and they plan to run it down the middle of Main Street in Cavalier Saturday. They will fill it with ice cream and serve up sundaes probably around noon for all who show up.

CAVALIER, N.D. – The North Dakota Highway Patrol, a construction company and health officials worked in tandem through most of Tuesday to clean up about 5,000 gallons of road oil, some of which spilled into a roadside ditch following a rollover accident Monday evening near here.
