North Dakota vision campaign gathers ideas at ‘2020 & Beyond’ 
FARGO – A hot air balloon festival. Re-emphasizing support for K-12 and higher education. Those ideas are among suggestions that have flowed from brainstorming sessions like the one held here Wednesday as part of “2020 & Beyond,” an initiative launched by North Dakota Gov. Last week in this space, I covered a few winners in The Forum’s “Best Of” contest that had fallen on hard times. But at least one “Best Of” contender is moving in the opposite direction: Spicy Pie, which finished as a runner-up for Best Pizza, is doing well enough to expand to a second location.
