The amount of experience required before a plumber can take a journeyman’s test was incorrect in “Between the pipes” on Page A7 of Monday’s Forum. In North Dakota, applicants must have four years of experience as an apprentice plumber under a licensed master plumber.
A story on Page A6 of Tuesday’s Forum, “Mother pleads guilty in case of naked kids,” incorrectly stated the criminal charge against a Fargo woman accused of letting her toddlers wander naked unattended in a northside neighborhood. Amber Kanowske pleaded guilty to misdemeanor contributing to the deprivation of a minor.
A listing of Clay County caucus locations that was included in a story that ran on Page A5 of The Forum on Monday titled “Minnesota to hold precinct caucuses” contained incorrect information.
The Clay County DFL party is not holding any caucuses at Moorhead High School tonight.
The Great Plains Synfuels coal gasification plant near Beulah, N.D., captures about half of its carbon dioxide emissions, which are sent to Canada for use in enhanced oil recovery, according to Steve Van Dyke of the Lignite Energy Council. This information was incorrect in a story on Page A5 of Tuesday’s Forum titled “Proposed carbon rules to be discussed.”
In a story on Page A3 of Tuesday’s Forum, “Rothsay bond sales moving forward,” the amount of extra property tax that school district resident Bob Westfall will have to pay was incorrect. He said he will have to pay $1,000 more in property taxes a month, or $12,000 a year.
A story on Page A7 of Monday’s Forum titled “Sanford aims to improve Indian health care” incorrectly identified the affiliation of Dr. Read Sulik. Sulik isn’t the senior vice president for behavioral health services for Sanford Health.
