FARGO — A student at a North Dakota high school named for a federal judge who played a big role in the civil rights movement caused a stir when he displayed a Confederate flag in the back of his pickup truck.
FARGO – After a month of small steps toward recovery from a severe head injury on Aug. 4, a talented Davies High School athlete has shown enough improvement to be moved from the Intensive Care Unit at Essentia Hospital.
