FARGO – The annual Fill the Dome event, a student-led food drive, wrapped up Tuesday at the Fargodome.
The event that was started in 2007 by a group of high school students hoping to collect enough food to feed area families set a goal of feeding a half-million people this year.
FARGO – A former Country Kitchen is being remodeled and will serve as the new home for a St. Sophie’s mental health clinic on the south side.
St. Sophie’s, a psychiatric and addiction counseling provider, soon will move to the building occupied by a Country Kitchen at 3201 33rd St. S., near 32nd Avenue South and Interstate 29.
FARGO – Those who attend Xcel Energy’s annual Holiday Lights Parade on Tuesday can expect something special from what Jed Pahan, vice president of the Downtown Community Partnership, calls “the official kickoff of the holiday season.”
Fargo Police officers arrested a 29-year-old man, wanted for felony theft, this morning at Hector International Airport.
Officers arrested Adam Patrick Hall of Glyndon, Minn., about 12:40 a.m., after a local law enforcement agency contacted them and informed them a suspect with a warrant was on a flight from Denver.
FARGO – Police here are investigating an incident involving an 18-year-old Fargo man who fell or was pushed from a moving vehicle early Monday.
The incident was reported about 12:30 a.m. in the 4300 block of 9th Avenue South.
