Police cite high speeds in one case, pedestrian alcohol level in another
A Fargo man who died in a car crash last month was driving 93 to 108 mph on South University Drive, and a pedestrian hit and killed by a car in a separate accident had a blood-alcohol level three to four times the legal limit for driving, Fargo police said Monday.
