FARGO – Matt Larson wears a black bracelet on his left wrist that says “Anything is possible.”
The college student proved that to himself by losing almost half his body weight through diet and exercise.
FARGO - Audra Kutz says she looked older at 30 than she does at 40, and she credits her healthy lifestyle.
“If you’re working out and eating right, you can wear a burlap sack and wash your face with soap and you’ll look great,” she says.

You can hang them, you can store things in them, you can put flowers in them, you can serve drinks in them, and you can turn them into soap dispensers.
