Ozone treatment key to award-winning water
What a difference an oxygen atom makes.
Slapping an additional atom onto a typical oxygen molecule creates ozone, which the city of Moorhead uses as the primary disinfectant and treatment agent for its municipal water supply.

Public service shifts money to city yearly
In 2011, Moorhead Public Service is expected to shift approximately $6.7 million from its electric division and $320,000 from its water division directly to Moorhead city coffers.
