The Otter Tail River Kayak/Canoe Club will be paddling a 6-mile section of the river from Otter Tail Lake to the Phelps Mill on Saturday. Participants should meet at 9:30 a.m. at the Otter Tail Lake public water access along County Highway 72. Vehicles will be shuttled to a spot near Phelps Mill and then return to launch vessels at about 10 a.m. from river mile 93 at Otter Tail Lake.
