Private school disciplined student for missing class
FARGO – A top debater at Fargo’s Shanley High School has transferred to Fargo South High School because of the disciplinary action against him earlier this year for missing classes to prepare for an upcoming debate.
A fifth North Dakota lawsuit claiming that an ex-teacher at Shanley High School molested a teenage boy was filed Wednesday, the same day a judge ruled that one of the earlier lawsuits can continue forward.
