19-year-old Fargo man accused of rape of teen

FARGO – A Fargo 19-year-old is accused of raping a younger teenager in her sleep at a Mapleton house party in February. Devin John-William Hillman was charged Wednesday in Cass County District Court with Class A felony gross sexual imposition and Class A misdemeanor corruption of a minor.
