Pelican Rapids woman, 63, seriously hurt in head-on crash

PELICAN RAPIDS, Minn. – Jacquelyn Burrows, of Pelican Rapids, was driving her 2004 Chrysler PT Cruiser southbound on Highway 59 near 450th Street about 8:25 p.m. when she crossed over the center line and struck a 2001 Mercury Sable traveling northbound head on, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.
