Three teens charged in water balloon fight at ND high school
MINOT, N.D. -- Two 17-year-olds and 18-year-old Xavier Falcon have been charged with disorderly conduct for being the instigators of a water balloon fight in the Magic City Campus High School earlier this week.
Minot Police Capt. John Klug said school staff at the high school in southwest Minot for grades 11 and 12 with 960 students had received a report of a possible water balloon fight that was going to occur at lunch on Tuesday..
Attempts to stop the fight were taken, however, police said three students engaged in throwing the water balloons anyway.
“This act caused disruption in the school environment with the yelling and screaming connected to the water balloons being thrown,” Klug said.
