Motorcyclist receives minor injuries in crash with car near mall in Fargo

FARGO —— A motorcyclist walked away with minor injuries after he collided with a vehicle Wednesday evening, July 19, near West Acres Mall.

Fargo Fire Department Battalion Chief Bruce Anderson said it's unclear who is at fault for the crash, which occurred at the intersection of 44th Street and 17th Avenue South at 7:10 p.m.

"The motorcycle hit the passenger door of the car, that's where they collided," Anderson said.

"The driver of motorcycle was up and walking around when crews arrived on scene so injuries couldn't be too significant."

The identities of the motorcyclist and driver involved in the crash as well as the damage to the vehicle and motorcycle are unknown at this time, Anderson added.
