2 injured in Highway 10 rollover near Hawley

HAWLEY, Minn. — Two Detroit Lakes residents suffered minor injuries Tuesday morning, Feb. 13, when the van they were riding in rolled on U.S. Highway 10, the Minnesota State Patrol reported.

David Pennell Hanson, 87, was driving a Chevrolet Sportvan westbound on Highway 10 about 7:37 a.m. when he lost control and the van rolled in Hawley Township, the patrol reported.

David Hanson and a passenger, 82-year-old Ardis Rae Hanson, were transported to Essentia Health St. Mary's in Detroit Lakes for treatment, the patrol reported.
