Pennsylvania man injured in I-94 collision
GLYNDON, Minn.—A pickup rear-ended a Jeep on Interstate 94 Sunday afternoon, July 29, sending the driver of the Jeep to a Fargo hospital, the Minnesota State Patrol reported.
According to the patrol's report:
A 2017 Jeep Renegade driven by Michael A. Lukashunis, 57, of Bradford, Pa., and a 2014 Dodge Ram driven by Michael Jerome Hutton, 31, of Minneapolis, were both heading westbound on I-94 about 2:25 p.m.
Just east of Highway 336, the Dodge rear-ended the Jeep while in traffic, the patrol reported.
Lukashunis suffered injuries that weren't life threatening in the collision and was taken to Essentia Health hospital in Fargo, the report said.
The report did not list Hutton as being injured.
The airbags did not deploy in either vehicle, alcohol was not involved and seat belts were worn, the report said.
