F-M politicians, attorneys to speak at marijuana legalization forum
FARGO – Several local politicians and attorneys in Fargo-Moorhead will speak at a marijuana forum at North Dakota State University this week.
On Wednesday, April 18, NDSU organization Students for Sensible Drug Policy will host a “Pre 4/20 Pot Party” to discuss marijuana legalization with the community.
Libertarian Timothy Sizemore, who is running for a District 27 North Dakota House seat, Republican Rep. Tom Kading and Democratic Rep. Gretchen Dobervich will present at the forum, followed by a statement from the chairman of the Legalize ND organization, Dave Owen.
Fargo attorneys Bruce Quick and Mark Friese will also speak before the panel of politicians and local legal experts participate in a question-and-answer session.
The forum is scheduled 6 to 8 p.m. at NDSU Festival Concert Hall.
