Witnesses: Train makes sudden stop, causes traffic jam in downtown Fargo

UPDATE: The train is back moving after being stopped for over an hour Saturday morning.


ORIGINAL STORY: FARGO - Witnesses say a train in downtown Fargo slammed on its breaks Saturday morning to make a sudden stop before 8:30 a.m. 

The Red River Regional Dispatch has not reported any train accidents in the area.

The train remains stopped between Fourth and Sixth Avenues north in downtown Fargo, blocking traffic in that area, according to witnesses.
