Suspects steal drugs off Fargo pharmacy shelf, flee for second time this year, pharmacist says
FARGO -- Police here are investigating a theft at a local pharmacy after two unidentified men took prescription drugs off the shelf on Thursday morning, Oct. 12.
Dr. Steve Boehning, of Linson Pharmacy, says that at 9 a.m. on Thursday morning, two men came in and took prescription drugs off the shelf, including the opiate codeine.
The two suspects then ran west outside towards an apartment complex, where they got into a white van and drove away.
Boehning describes one of the suspects as having darker skin, 5-foot 9-inches tall, around 160 lbs with a scar under his right eye and wore black sweatpants with a grey hooded sweatshirt.
Boehning said the other suspect also had darker skin, was 5-foot 7-inches tall and looked about 150 lbs, and was wearing black sweatpants with a black hooded sweatshirt.
Boehning believes that one of the men is the same person that committed a similar theft to his store in July, 2017.
