#MovingForward: Hash Interactive opens new headquarters, launches videography service
After nearly two years doing business from the Prairie Den shared workspace downtown, Hash Interactive has opened a new headquarters at 901 9th St. S. in Fargo.
Since launching in 2014, Hash Interactive has specialized in web design and development, with a strong emphasis in e-commerce. The tech company also offers graphic design and photography services, and recently added videography as well.
Co-founder Troy Henne said adding videography was a way to help drive traffic to their clients' websites and keep them engaged once there.
"People don't want a glorified brochure sitting out there," he said. "Videography is a great way to engage people. To get them interested in what your product or service offers and getting them back to the site."
Henne said the Hash Interactive team collaborates with the client to determine ways videos may be beneficial.
"There is definitely a collaboration with the clients. We need their insights into the industry," he said. "But for the most part, we help with the ideation, storyboarding as well as the shooting and editing. From start to finish, we're pretty involved in the production process."
He said the new 1,600-square-foot place gives them much-need room to do that.
