CASSELTON, N.D. - 'Twas the week before Christmas, when all through Casselton, not one reindeer went unchecked.

Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner and Blitzen, and yes, even poor old Rudolph were all given a routine checkup Friday, Dec. 15 at the Casselton Veterinary clinic, and there's even an inspection certificate to prove it.

The veterinary clinic released a photo of the certificate on its official Facebook page Friday, Dec. 15, with the caption: "Dr. Reichert had a very important client stop by today to pick up a health certificate. The animals were checked over and given a green light for travel!"

According to the "official" inspection certificate, all nine of Santa's reindeer were tested for "gingerbreaditis." We are happy to report that all nine tests turned up negative.

The bottom of the certificate was even signed by Santa Claus himself, of 101 Santa Claus Lane, North Pole, Worldwide.

The co-signee of the certificate? Good girls and boys.
