Concordia women's soccer defeats Minnesota-Morris

MOORHEAD—The Concordia women's soccer team defeated Minnesota-Morris 8-0 Sunday night at Jake Christiansen Stadium, with 47 in attendance.

Concordia took 38 shots, had one save, six assists, 12 corners and five fouls. Karsen Granning led with three goals for the Cobbers. Katie Gillette, Halle Jordan, Klara Beinhorn, Sarah Liimatta and Morgan Hluchy each scored goals, as well.

Minnesota took three shots, had 10 saves and four fouls.

Concordia rose to 2-1 and Minnesota-Morris fell to 0-4.
