Letter: Why rally against responsible gun ownership?
I find it very difficult to understand why people who are so concerned about the Second Amendment should be rallying against young people who are simply crying for a higher level of responsibility to keep them safe.
Does this mean that the Second Amendment is rational argument for gun violence? This is not an Amendment argument, it is an argument to understand and really try to put controls on people getting shot and killed.
I am sick and tired of people putting out the Second Amendment as an excuse for a total lack of responsibility for the gun violence in this country. It is not longer the Second Amendment, it has become the NRA Amendment.
