Death Notices: Death notices are free to anyone and may contain the deceased's name, date of birth, date of death, age, where they died, cause of death, where they lived and service information. If a death notice is provided by a friend or family member, we do require the name of the funeral home or crematorium handling arrangements. This notice will printed one time at no cost.

Paid obituaries: All obituaries are paid advertisements and are printed within a box in The Forum newspaper. The charge for obituaries is $15 per column inch. Only photos of the deceased are allowed in an obituary. Charges can be prepaid, charged to a credit card or billed to a funeral home. Obituaries can run an additional time at 50 percent off (within a seven-day period). Paid obituaries can also be placed on The Forum’s website www.inforum.com for an additional fee of $99. Those choosing to place the obituary online only will be charged $199.
