Two-time Olympian joins Dragons track and field coaching staff
MOORHEAD—Minnesota State Moorhead has added two-time Olympian Trevor Barry to its track and field coaching staff, head coach Ryan Milner has announced.
Barry represented the Bahamas at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio where he was a high jump finalist. He finished in 11th place. Barry also qualified for the 2012 Summer Olympics in London.
Barry will coach triple jump and long jump for the Dragons. His personal bests are 7 feet, 7¼ inches in the high jump and 25-10 in the long jump. Barry, who was an eight-time NAIA national champion at Dickinson State, previously served as an assistant track coach at North Dakota State.
