BEMIDJI, Minn.—Moorhead scored in each period and outshot Bemidji 35-15 to claim a 3-0 win Tuesday night.

Carter Randklev scored in the first period with assists from Ethan Frisch and Parker Larson. Isaac Henkemeyer-Howe scored in the second period with assists from Cole O'Connell and Frisch. Ryan Stafford scored a power-play goal in the third period with assists from Henkemeyer-Howe and Luke Gramer.

Moorhead goalie Lance Leonard had 15 saves.

Moorhead improves to 4-1 while Bemidji falls to 2-2.

Fargo Davies 6, Fargo North 1

FARGO—Jamieson McVicar scored two goals for Fargo Davies in the team's 6-1 victory over Fargo North.

Wyatt Johnson netted the Spartans only goal.

Davies improved to 4-0 overall. North fell to 0-4 overall.

Grand Forks Red River 11, West Fargo 1

WEST FARGO—Mason Salquist and Landon Haagenson each scored two goals and seven others scored to lift Grand Forks Red River to an 11-1 win at West Fargo.

Red River improved to 1-0. West Fargo, which falls to 0-3, got a third-period goal from Brayden Jacobson.

Grand Forks Central 14, West Fargo Sheyenne 1

WEST FARGO—Grand Forks Central, the defending state champions, rolled to a big win over West Fargo Sheyenne, in its first year of varsity hockey.

Mitchell Idalski, Zack Murphy, Hunter Moreland, Will Howard and Parker Stroh each scored two goals for Central, which improves to 3-0.

Sheyenne, which falls to 0-3, got its goal from Dalton Hiemer in the first period.


Brainerd 6, Moorhead 0

MOORHEAD—Brainerd remained undefeated with a convincing 6-0 win over Moorhead.

Brainerd improves to 6-0 while Moorhead falls to 2-6.

East Grand Forks 4, West Fargo 2

EAST GRAND FORKS, Minn.—West Fargo suffers its first regulation loss of the season, falling 4-2 to East Grand Forks.

Madison Hjelden and Jocelyn Hareland each scored a goal for West Fargo.

East Grand Forks improved to 3-2 overall, while West Fargo fell to 4-1-1.

Fargo North-South 3, Fargo Davies 2

FARGO—Abby Promersberger found the back of the net twice for Fargo North-South as the team defeated Fargo Davies 3-2.

Alexis Sampson had two assists for Davies.

North-South improved to 4-0 overall, while Davies fell to 2-3.
