Cobber men claim shootout win over Hamline
ST. PAUL—After skating to a 7-7 tie after regulation and two overtimes, Concordia defeated Hamline 2-1 in a shootout Saturday in Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference men's hockey action.
Jon Grebosky and Tanner Okeson scored the shootout goals for Concordia.
Concordia, 5-3-3 overall and 3-2-1 in the MIAC, overcame a 4-0 deficit scoring three second-period goals and four third-period goals. The Cobbers got goals from Dalton Mills, Okeson, Mitch Bentfield, Mark Huneke, Eddie Eades and three third-period goals from Zach Doerring.
Hamline falls to 3-6-1 overall and 1-3-1 in the MIAC.
