Sioux Falls hands Force 3-2 loss

SIOUX FALLS, S.D.—The Force Force, holding first place in the Western Conference of the United States Hockey League, suffered a 3-2 loss Friday to the Sioux Falls Stampede.

The Force fell behind 3-1 before Sammy Steele scored an early third-period goal to make it 3-2. But the Force could get no closer. Ben Meyers scored a first-period goal to give the Force a 1-0 lead.

Strauss Mann had 20 saves for the Force.
