MSUM women's soccer loses to Northern State


MOORHEAD—Minnesota State University Moorhead women's soccer lost to Northern State University 1-0 on Sunday, Sept. 9, at MSUM Soccer Field, with 130 in attendance.

NSU took 14 shots, had four saves, six corners and four fouls. Emily Reiten scored the lone goal for NSU in the first half, assisted by Shianne Rosselli.

MSUM took 10 shots, had seven saves, five corners and seven fouls. Carly Jo Gamrath led the Dragons with three shots and two shots on goal. Kaylee Parsons added two shots and one shot on goal, while five MSUM players recorded one shot.

NSU improved to 3-1 and MSUM fell to 0-3 overall.
