Marcus and Michelle Schumacher's home in north Fargo will be demolished on Thursday or Friday, according to Community Development Administrator Dan Mahli. The home, 308 9th Ave. N., was the site of a standoff last February in which Marcus shot and killed Fargo police officer Jason Moszer, then himself, following a domestic disturbance. The 762 Helmet, made by American Blast Systems, is designed to resist a rifle round. The Fargo Police Department hopes to purchase 50 of the helmets in 2017.
