Fargo Outlets at Timber Creek

Other than a Cash Wise Foods store that opened in summer 2018, there has been little activity on land  northeast of the intersection of 52nd Avenue South and Interstate 29 in Fargo. The Fargo Outlets at Timber Creek, a 300,000-square-foot outlet center a Fargo developer is planning, would be at the northeast corner of 52nd Avenue South and Interstate 29. It would have enough space for 60 stores and open in 2018. Special to The Forum
