Diocese of St. Cloud to file bankruptcy over sex abuse cases
ST. CLOUD, Minn.—Sexual abuse of minors by priests in the Diocese of St. Cloud over the course of many years is prompting the diocese to file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. The diocese made the announcement Wednesday afternoon, Feb. 28, in a news release.
