As flakes continue to fall in the Fargo-Moorhead region, forecasters are warning Wednesday that increasing wind speeds could make driving tricky this afternoon. "The big concern is going to be the blowing and drifting snow," WDAY meteorologist Aaron White said. "It's definitely going to create some drifts onto the roads." MOORHEAD - For six months, a trucker from Salt Lake City allegedly held a 19-year-old female relative captive and sexually abused her while making deliveries around the country.
